In this game, you are a Paladin with a sole mission and that is to kill any undead that crosses your path. Armed with a sword, you have two choices, you slash or you jump attack with the space bar to reach foes that are up high, such as flying eyeballs and bone dragons. The game works with levels, and all you have to do is simply not die so you may reach the next level. Prior to a new level, you may go to a shop to use the gold you have raised in killing. I find that health potions are the first useful thing to buy, given the fact you must start from square one if your character dies. Later on, I could afford a potion and a sword, and opted for the second sword which gave me further gold to buy more potions. I also found that once the undead begin to disappear, you have reached the end of your level and to the relief of the player, the victory screen will soon follow. The only beast that doesn’t attack you if you miss seems to be the eyeball, all the others need to be killed or they will attack you. As for strategies, I found that holding the space bar allowed me to do two simultaneous jump attacks to reach eyeballs that were not close to each other. It is also a good idea given the fact that eyeballs do not seem to attack, to leave them alone if there is a slime right behind it, since a jump attack makes them explode and does serious damage to your health bar. Jump attacks waste a good second or two of your time and if not timed properly, or if you slash too soon, your character’s health will suffer. Therefore, the best strategy I found in this game was good timing and of course, endurance.
