Best Free Quoridor Game. Quoridor is a great puzzle game for the players who love a good brain teaser every once in a while. Purpose of the game: Each player in turn, chooses to move his pawn or to put up one of his fences. When he has run out of fences, the player must move his pawn. The pawns are moved one square at a time, horizontally or vertically, forwards or backwards. The pawns must get around the fences. The fences must be placed between 2 sets of 2 squares. The fences can be used to facilitate the player's progress or to impede that of the opponent, however, an access to the goal line must always be left open. The first player who reaches one of the 9 squares opposite his base line is the winner. How to play: Use your mouse to play this game. There are two types of moves that you can make. you can either move your pawn or put a fence to block the opponent's pawn. To place a fence click on the fence tab and click on the position on the board that you want to place your fence. Then click on the hammer tab to place the fence. To move the pawn. click on the pawn and then click on any of the available positions to make a move
